BUYER BEWARE - a motto I SHOULD have remembered before sending this despicable company a dime. I ordered 4 throws at "50%" off (so I spent $200), based on the photos on their site, which show beautiful, quality products. In reality, they are neither beautiful nor high quality. They are garbage. Cheap, thin, nylon, screen-printed throws, which you could probably find at Walmart for $9.99 or less. It was my own fault for not looking at outside reviews before purchasing, which I ALWAYS do, but didn't this time. I'm kicking myself. To top it off, their refund policy is GARBAGE. They will only refund if the package hasn't been opened (how do you know if the product is crap unless you open it?) because you might "tamper" with it (HOW?!), AND they don't refund for "sale" items (it appears their items are ALWAYS on sale, though)... so basically, NO refunds. Robbery. Do. Not. Buy. Anything. From. This. Company. (unless you WANT overpriced, cheap looking, cheaply made GARBAGE).

Got my 'quilt' today. Note to self, never, never ever order from anyone online without doing the up up front research. The quality is terrible, it is so thin, it is not the size of a queen size bed, the colors are dull and the stitching is NOT as pictured and it even has stitching coming loose on the back. So, so disappointed. Not sure what I'll do with it yet. I paid over $80 for $5 quality. Live and learn.

Total SCAM! Shortly after ordering my bank account was hacked for hundreds of dollars! The "quilt" was a poorly screened print on the cheapest material.

I ordered a rug and received a low quality rubber like bath mat. Total rip off!!

Total scam...tried to cancel rug order because it took so long to get here but to no avail and “rug” (I use the word loosely) arrived yesterday. It was such a piece of crap that this 3x3 rug was folded up and fit in my mailbox! It’s so flimsey it doesn’t even fall into a rug category and it was $50!!! Also, it was in the mailbox and not delivered by DHL! Wish I had found this site before I ordered. Gerri Lumsden

Took a long time, finally received a delivered notice from DHL but no delivery, DHL says contact seller. Not happy

I got scammed too! I tried to cancel the order but was ignored. I paid via Paypal and they would not help me to cancel the order... I told Paypal I this is a scam! Azcozy.com waited until I was notified by Paypal saying I did not meet Paypals criteria and then AZcozy acknowledged all my emails requesting to cancel... but was told it was to late cancel my order (had to be within 12 hours). None of what I ordered, and paid $100, looks anything like their online photos!!! Please do NOT order from this company or you'll be sorry too!!!
