Do not order from this company. The website address is Houston Tx but the company shipped from China and if you want to return the items for a refund you have to ship the items back to China. My husband ordered some rugs and they were not the quality that he thought he had ordered. I contact them and they offered me a 30% discount and I refuse believing that I had to send the rugs back to Houston, however was informed that I had to send them back to China. I asked for a bigger discount and told the company that I would donate them instead of shipping them back to China. It’s been two days and no response. I will update here if any additional contact is made

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! First of all, the product is CRAP. It is a printed sheet bound with bias tape to a black sheet and then stitched. The product DOES NOT even resemble what I ordered. I complained and they offered me a 30% discount but then only gave me a 15% discount. This company is SO DISREPUTABLE and they bring dishonor to China.

If I could give a -5 I would these people are a scam never got my item the charge came from hong Kong NOT Texas was listed on my statement as appliance repair! Total scam!!!!

This company gets a -100 in star review! NEVER, EVER, BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! I PURCHASED A QUEEN SIZE QUILT, WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP. YOU CAN HOLD UP THE QUILT AND SEE RIGHT STRAIGHT THROUGH IT! LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO. TRYING TO RETURN IS A JOKE. THEY WANT WE TO SEND IT TO SHANGHAI, CHINA. THANK GOD MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL STAND BEHIND ME AND ISSUE ME A CREDIT. THE WOMAN I EMAILED WANTED TO FIRST GIVE ME A 30% REFUND WITH A 30% FUTURE CREDIT AND i GUESS I WAS TO EAT THE OTHER 40% FINALLY TOLD HER THAT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WOULD ISSUE ME 100% CREDIT AND I WAS SENDING THE MERCHANDISE OUT OF THE KINDNESS OF MY HEART TO THEIR HOUSTON HOME OFFICE! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT BAD NEWS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

HORRIBLE cheap merchandise. Even worse communication.Was sent fake Pendleton that was two cheap sheets sewn together NOT a quilted bedspread like they show on the website. They basically took Pendleton's picture off their website and then send crap. Their "Sherpa" blankets are thin cheap beach towels basically. Their "totes" are half the size shown and not even the same colors. Can't get my money back and they didn't even send all of my order. STAY AWAY!

Finally received my rug 1.5 months later. Is not usable as a rug. I am using it to cover the back seat of my SUV.

they wrote the wrong address down on my shipment and told me that there was nothing they could do if it got returned to them! so they're saying I can't get a refund if it's returned to them which USPS already did! they tried to tell me that I called them too late to put my apartment number on there and I did it five minutes after I ordered it but they put the wrong address the complete whole address was wrong!!! Totally incompetent! I wish there was a star for something worse than just bad!!!!!

Don't buy anything from this website. I don't know what their idea of a comforter is, but this is like a bed flat sheet It took a month to come; I have no problem with that because it came from China but both bed spreads on the website are very misleading.
