AZCOZY is a SCAM. AZCOZY must be investigated for fraudulent activity. False advertisement: the product is not a rug but an over sized dorrmat. -Garbage quality product is the least of their malpractices. -Questionable business practices: -Address on the website show TX but in fact it's in Shanghai. -The site shows all positive customer comments when there is no option on the site to provide feedback. All fabricated. -No order number is issued to the customer. -The label on the product shows a fraction of price paid $13 vs. $89). -No phone number to call. -Terrible customer service. Each time a different person repeats the same nonsense. -They agree to refund upon getting the product back if it is shipped back to China. That means paying over a $100, when the business itself admits there is no delivery guaranteed. -Asked for 50% partial refund, they didn't agree. -Reported to PayPal, waiting for results.

Forget about it! They knowingly sent me a piece of garbage that in no way resembled what was on the invoice. This is a scam company. No address in Houston. No phone number and broken English emai response. I called PayPal and complained. They wanted me to ship back. Too expensive to ship to China, but I got PayPal to refund me half my loss. Thanks PayPal. Stop lending your service to scammers!!!

Wish I could give AzCozy 0 stars! My husband ordered a very beautiful sunflower blanket for me as an anniversary present, they sent emails saying how “it was in the works” and being checked for “perfection”. Yeah right! They just say that because it’s taking time shipping from CHINA. Three weeks later we got the “blanket”. The colors on it are faded, the material is thin and cheap it felt more like a towel. My husband spent 60 dollars on something worth maybe 5 bucks. They won’t give us a refund either- only 30 percent, so we are trying to file a claim with PayPal. Do your research first before buying!!! Absolutely a scam!

Just want to let everyone here know that Paypal sided with the seller on this dispute. Even though their products are COMPLETELY misrepresented and horribly and cheaply made, paypal will not return my money through the dispute that I filed. Evidently, they protect the seller much more than the buyer.

I ordered my quilt for a gift and just like others got a bogas tracking number. That says DHL but unfortunately DHL has no idea were number came from so I guess I got scammed, at least now I contacted my bank to dispute the order. Foolish me 80 bucks prolly gone.

Please beware this company is a SCAM, no phone number to call AZCOZY. Very dishonest. Provided a false DHL tracking after 15 days, I call to confirm with DHL, the rep stated that the shipment is from CHINA headed to a different state. Also, AZCOZY website states, location of Houston, Texas. "False" Please dispute this charge with your credit card or paypal rep. WE MUST STOP THIS SCAM AND HAVE THIS COMPANY REMOVED FROM THE INTERNET.

I’m afraid I’ve been scammed. Kept getting these nice emails from the founder that my order was being sent but first it had to be inspected in order to be in top condition for shipping. I finally got a tracking number, which is worthless because it has shown no activity in days. I ordered the library blanket, and after reading some of these reviews, I’m afraid to see what’s it’s really going to look like! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son being he is an avid reader, I’m so disappointed. Lesson learned and $ 70 gone. I hope this helps others. Please don’t order from these scammers!!!

I wish I would have read this before I ordered. My quilt looks nothing like the picture. It was very dark colors instead of the bright. It had a very unpleasant smell. When I asked to return they offered me 30% and then if I wanted to return it I have to send it overseas instead of the New Jersey address on the shipping label. BUYERS BEWARE
