Learned the hard way...Do not buy from this company OR its’ many subsidiaries (different names - same bad deal). Beware!

I placed my order over a month ago. Still nothing! This is a scam, because when I emailed them I got a line of BS! I will be going to my bank to dispute the transaction. I will also report to the BBB and PayPal. SCAM!

This would be zero stars more like minus 10. Received my 9'x7' rug in a bag smaller than what would hold two bathrobes. It's so thin it will fall apart in no time. It also is not the colors described. It's purple, brown, cream color and looks nothing as picture shows. It's also has creases all over from being folded. They over charged me first advertising within hours 50% off. Got no where with PayPal and not paying to ship back to China when you know you will never see your money back. They are stealing from the American public with shoddy worthless products.

Received my order today and this is a big disappointment. It was suppose to a comforter and they sent me a piece of material not fit to be a blanket. I paid 90 for a piece of $hit!

DO NOT EVER buy from this company! Ruined my sons Christmas by not having gift here! Was told to get a back up plan, the told cheers, then was told to calm down it's on the way, went to post office an the tracking number isn't even one of there numbers! Expected delivery date is January 4 an Christmas is tomorrow! Was ordered over a month ago!

I am VERY upset!! Firstly ordered over $100 worth of products but could not access their free shipping that they offered. That should have tipped me off but I’m not that smart I guess. Wow! Simply put, don’t buy anything from AZcozy!!!!!! Ordered two nice looking dog blankets almost a month ago and I have nothing!

If I could give zero stars if I could. Took over a month to deliver a blanket that was no thicker than a beach towel that I paid $50 for. It was NOT Sherpa, as stated in the description and is much smaller than I anticipated. I am too embarrassed to give this as a gift which was my intention. Do not order from this place!!!

I have not received my order from early December. They had emailed me back and told me to be patient. It is Christmas Eve today and I emailed again to the same email address but it would not go through, said server not found. They have my money and I have not received what I paid for and am unable to contact them now. The tracking number they gave me says UPS has not yet received the product. Do figure. Illegitimate business, if you ask me. I wish I had known about and read these reviews first.
