I wish there was an option to leave a zero star rating. Several years ago I had purchased two sizes of a Santa Claus rug from Home Depot. I loved them. Two years ago I lost my larger rug and wanted to replace it. I was having hard time until I saw an ad for Azcozy for the same rug in larger sizes. I was excited and ordered the 6x8 rug and waited over four weeks for the rug to arrive, not knowing when I ordered it it was coming from China. I was extremely upset when it arrive. It was the poorest quality and nothing like the pictures on their website or the rug I currently owned. I was disgusted I had paid $80 for a rug that was worse than a cheap bath rug from the dollar store. Beware and do not order from this company it is a ripoff.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a fraudulent site. Scammed me out of 150.00 for handwoven rugs. I purchased three, 9 weeks went by and one arrived. It was a poorly printed half assed version of what I ordered on a bath mat. To say I am angry is an understatement. Customer service emails are full, calls go unanswered.

This company is a FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS website. The company wants you to believe it is American-made. IT IS NOT! I have written to the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB in Florida and in Texas. I have submitted a claim with the Florida Attorney General as well as the Texas Attorney General offices. Tell everyone you know. Post it on Facebook! Get the word out. And what you will start to see are other companies that sell the same items. Report those companies as well - these are a few I found: Kaylee Amazing Bedding Set Kaylee Great Pillowcase Kaylee Modern and Traditional Fleece Blanket Report them all! They are all CROOKS!

This is a fraudulent company. They show you a picture of a rug as merchandise. You receive a piece of fabric with a picture of the rug on it. They then offer you 1/3 of what you paid. When you ask to return they send you an address in China. The website states they are in Texas USA. WRONG!!! Paypal claim in right now. Doesn't seem as if they will help. www.azcozy Doing business under other names also.

Finally got my item a tumbler I ordered 30 days ago .. looks nothing like what was advertised.. the lid is broken and the email I sent won’t go through because mail box is full 😡😡😡 only thing this company taught me was to read reviews before buying online 😢😢 the company SUCKS !!! Special place in hell for these scam artists... I hope they experience nothing but misery with their I’ll gotten gains ... scamming people out of their hard earned money for crap pieces of crap 💩!!!!!

Honestly I want to give them a minus10. Ordered 2 rugs, only got one horrible blurry piece of crap. never got the other one. Rip off artists.

Like all the other reviews !! I wish I would have read before ordering !! Now it's after Christmas received noting from this piece of work outfit ! CLOSE THEM DOWN !

Please DO NOT order from this company..my order was so poorly made and absolutely NOTHING like the product I thought I was getting. Total rip off. I called the number wont connect and I emailed just to have it sent back that the email no longer a valid email!
