AzcozyReviews of azcozy.com

So, I really wish I would have read these reviews before ordering from your 💩company!!! My order was nothing like it looked in your advertisement 😡. By far the worst place I’ve ever ordered from!!! Now like other customers, I’m being blocked from any communication with them. My word of advice to anyone who comes across AZcozy advertisements, is simply don’t give them a second look. This company is total 💩. Their products are 💩!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT I ORDERED. Will never order from them again and just trying to spread the word so no one else gets screwed cuz once you’ve received your 💩 product, you are stuck with it 😡😡😡. I would like to know who I could report this company to???? I want them to go down 💯

The product is not accurately described. Picture of product not what I received. Now emails have been blocked. Very cheap product. Asked for resolution to return item and get refund to no avail. Then was blocked from communication.

Absolute joke of a company. Complete scam don't buy anything from this place! You can't even contact this place by email or phone number so don't even waste your time!

Wish I could rate negative stars. At day 11 past order date sent email requesting status or issue refund. 23 days past ordering still don’t have Christmas rug and it is 12/24. What bs. Emails from Braydon and Gianna help cover up that this whole operation is in China. Still want refund but have no product or refund. What a crock. Just received “rug” and it is the cheapest polyester foamy thing I have ever seen. Wouldn’t even use in pet bed or garage-and in no way resembles any rug I have ever seen.

Horrible !!!! I made my order since Thanksgiving and its the only gift I brought for my daughter and it December 24 and its hasn't arrive

I placed an order, and paid for, for a Christmas rug on November 25th. It is now 10pm on December 23rd. No rug, several email attempts, promises not kept. Tonight their emails are undeliverable stating the reason "mailbox full" and "is over quota". Disappointing that I depended on a company that obviously has questionable ethics. I will see if I get my money back. Carolyn M

BEWARE!!!! Would give negative zero... made 2 orders of several “pile rugs”, after weeks of waiting and phony emails saying my order was on the way I received 1 rolled up, printed on nylon “rug” that was so thin it might be used as a cheap placemat. Email doesn’t go through, no phone to call, fake Texas location. Credit card shows billed from “PAYPAL PRINTABEL HONG KONG”. My credit card investigating this fraudulent place. They should be removed from internet

Ordered before Thanksgiving, thinking Texas based. Got foooooookimg duped. Changs took my US currency and are apparently walking my poop here
