Wonderful product selection with excellent copy that helps you make an informed purchase; fast shipping with a low free shipping threshold (so nice!); samples with each purchase; informative articles with skincare leaders; and an approach to skincare and beauty which is intelligent, safe, and clean, without being fear-mongering or extreme. Ayla is my favorite "clean skincare" retailer, and I frequent plenty of them.
