I ordered in April for a birthday in June. It is now at the end of September. I have reached out multiple times with their last response in July. I would caution anyone from buying from them. Extremely frustrating!!!

The website says 6-10 weeks. I ordered a pair for my wife on May 3rd. I have tried to contact them several times for a status on my order to receive no response from her or her so called father. After more than a dozen attempts to contact them we still have not received a response.its now 19 weeks after the order was placed. I’m not sure that it’s not a scam. That’s why you can’t leave a review on their site. Very disappointed.

Sehr schlecht, nach fast 2 Wochen Nagel aufgelöst.Hab sehr teuer gezahlt.Behandlung bei Cansu.Bin sehr enttäuscht.Heute hab angerufen, und eine unfreundliche AW.habe ich auch bekommen. Ich gehe nie wieder hin.

Unfortunately, expensive products does not equal top-notch customer service with Ayla. Even though I've reached out to their cs, no one has replied regarding the double charge they executed. Not only were all of my shop reward dollars redeemed to pay for my product in full, but Ayla also debited my bank account in full. As much as I love their products, I will not patronize a business who doesn't put their customers first.

Came busted & denied it at first then didn’t really do much to fix it. Spent a lot of money on that order too.

The myhavtorn facial oil made my facial redness worse instead of helping, glad I bought the samples instead of full size for $50. Very disappointed with my first purchase from Ayla beauty.
