Ayla has excellent customer service, whether you call or message. They have a sample program to try their products to see how they treat you before buying. And they carry Biorecept and Twelve which really help my reactive skin.

I have been using Ayla products for several years. I think they do a wonderful job of reviewing the products they recommend and they are super responsive and helpful with questions. I have not been disappointed with any product I have purchased. If I order online, the turn around time in the mail from the time I order until receipt is very quick. I also enjoy Ayla's newsletters and review of new products.

3.5 Stars is more like it. Your products are mostly great and your customer service is outstanding BUT your return policy SUCKS. I understand that smaller stores cannot be liberal with returns like the Nordstroms and Neimans of the world but your policy is nearly non-existent. I know you will use the argument about assortment of samples you offer but it galls me that you charge $10. It is not good business to be so strict about returns and charge for samples. What if I want to try a new lipstick and then hate the color? The tube is used, so I cant return it? Honestly I will keep buying from you because of your unique products but I would buy LOTS more if I didn't have to worry about being stuck with a product that I hate. (BTW some of your samples are so small that there is not enough product to determine if its a good match)

I really like ordering products from Ayla. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they carry. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I started with the service where they send you generous samples to try based on information you give them about your skin and concerns. What a great service!

I Loved the products and the deals and shipping but when I tried to login to my account it wouldn’t accept it. I retyped several times and still nothing. I ve received emails so I know it’s the right email. And I know the password I used but it still wouldn’t work. I typed in my email to reset my password and I never got an email. Very frustrating.
