I ordered a necklace for my wife to be as a wedding present. Upon arrival I did not check straight away. I ordered the gold vermail and received silver. When I made them aware of this they told me that I was to send the necklace back and they would send the right one out. Once I had sent mine back they regretted to inform me that the gold one had run out and gave me a gift card instead (at the same time they raised the prices for the gold one). When I later was in contact with customer service they said the necklace would be back in stock mid August and that I’d have to order it myself since they closed the case (?). It came back in stock 2 days later. When I tried ordering the necklace, they told me they couldn’t ship it to Sweden (where I’m based), nor the UK where I could arrange it to be sent to me instead. They then tried to give me the giftcard again. I then wanted a refund which I got. But not the full. I was missing 58-59 usd (I paid in SEK). I’m not sure if the value of currency effected (it didn’t look like it). When making them aware of this they simply responded that it had been sent out. But I still lost money, for nothing but headache and what was supposed to be a wedding gift for my new wife. Extremely disappointed with them for poor communication, not only with me but what seems to be within their own company. I can unfortunately not recommend them, even tho they seem to make adequate jewelry.

I should have read these reviews before buying from this company. While I was happy with the necklace initially, I have found out that there so-called warranty is worthless. The people who helped me were just following orders but for a necklace that I take incredible care of and it only a couple of years old, is already wearing off as if it isn't real silver. All they would do is gift me the amount of 40ish dollars rather than offer a replacement. They claim they no longer offer that necklace but I saw it on the website after they lied to me and they explained this is a newer version of the necklace and it looks exactly the same. You can hardly buy anything for 40 dollars on their site so that it pointless. I just wanted a replacement pendant. I will, like many other, not be buying from this company again. Ill stick to a local jewelry store that will honor their warranty and product.

Order arrived promptly and everything was beautiful.

The jewelry is generally beautiful but the quality has suffered in recent years- broken clasps and loose stones have been a problem. Additionally the prices have skyrocketed- much more than can be accounted for by the rise in cost of gold and silver.

I paid a great deal of money for a Marsha P. Johnson pendant for my wife. They sent me a Marie Curie pendant. Because those two women have so much in common? There is no phone number. There is only a customer service portal and they take their sweet time getting back to you. If you spend your money with these people just know that if they screw up your order, they're not going to be in a hurry to fix it.
