I had a rocky start with Awe Inspired. And it was not my best self that sent them an email letting them know why. Despite the obstinate and dismissive tone of my email, they replied in kindness and action. They went over and above to address my concerns. Doing more than I ever expected and did so patiently and with a kind heart. Turned lemons into lemonade. I’m now a fan of the company. Good for them, good for me.

When I placed my order with them I used the option for Apple Pay but I did not realize that part of my address had been cut off. When I did, I contacted them and explained the situation, worried that if it shipped it might get lost as has happened in the past. Within a few hours Awe responded and had a plan, including a worse case scenario. They were able to recall the package before it left their local USPS and get the address corrected. Amazing!!! Just got the pendant and my spouse and I are thrilled. Top notch customer service. Thank you so much Awe. :-)

I like Awe’s products. If you see something you like you need to buy it otherwise it might run out and they might not produce it again. Happened to me several times.

My jewelry is always beautiful and as advertised, arriving quickly and in good shape. Customer Service is top-notch, and they do everything they can to make things right.

I am in LOVE with my Artemis pendant. I have purchased several AWE pieces and they never disappoint. They are detailed and durable, I wear them every day. They usually seem to ship a little slowly but this one actually came within a week so I was extra happy!

I love shopping on Awe Inspired and being a part of Goddess Circle! Everytime I had a problem with ordering something or if there were a glitch and I had to reach out, I had a great customer experience as they responded right away and the issue was fixed immediately! I experienced a product error with an order that I placed. The customer service team was excellent in working with me to resolve the issue and acted promptly, efficiently, and professionally throughout the entire process. In the end I was satisfied with the resolution and requested refund.
