This company was excellent - their website works well and is easy to navigate, their staff is very helpful - they even called me to verify one measurement that was questionable - and we received our new blinds extremely well-packaged. They look wonderful!!

We ordered three blinds and the fabric ordered for backing did not match, I emailed AwardBlinds on a Sunday night and called them Monday to check on email, they had already resolved the problem and in a couple of weeks I got new blinds (that are gorgeous) and asked to donate the ones that didn't match or use them if I could and didn't ask me to return. I recommed this awesome company to everyone that asks about our blinds. My daughter-in-law recently ordered from them and is extremely pleased with her order as well. Thank you AwardBlinds! We are very happy with our new blinds and also with the company's customer service. We were above to proceed with one of windows that did not appear to be a good fit. AwardBlinds called and pointed out to us that it might be better to fit the adjoining window and then order the other window blind. We are glad with did, otherwise we would have had to order twice, the second time to correct our mistake. Good job AwardBlinds! We would gladly recommend them to any household that wants good customer service, as well as a great buy and great quality!

Samples never arrived. Contact with company for infos and Customer service was extremly rude. I don’t know if it is a shade store or a shadey business. It should be avoided at all cost.

We are sorry to hear that you did not receive the free samples. You contacted us twice after ordering the samples and we explained to you that the samples were mailed from our sales office the business day after you requested them, We also explained that the samples are sent via the USPS mail and typically take 8 business days to arrive in California, where you live, and that if you did not receive them within that time frame to simply contact us and we would resend the free samples. Both times you contacted us prior to the typical delivery time, and both times you threatened to review us poorly because you did not have the samples yet. After that we did not hear from you until just prior to this review, where again, you threatened us and stated that you did not want to do business with us because you did not receive the samples. Unfortunately, it seems that the USPS lost the samples in transit but as stated twice previously, we would have re-sent them if you had simply notified us that they did not arrive, instead you chose to email us threats. Due to your repeated threats we informed you that we agreed, that we should not do business together. We as a company sell custom made products. Custom products require a customer to have a level of patience for production to complete and for the customer to be level headed in-case a rare issue arises. If a person makes threats prior to placing an order we will not sell to that person. You made threats over lost mail, something that we have zero control over. We do not do business with entitled, rude and threatening people. Our actual customers know that we work hard for them and that we provide great customer service.

Ordered Twinlight blinds for living and dining rooms. They look fantastic. Awards Blinds did a great job. I received the blinds right on time and the quality is very nice. Getting ready to order from them again. Would definately recommend .

I am so happy with my blinds! The company emailed me to be sure I understood the measuring instructions, they game me a chance to remeasure for a perfect fit. They didn't take long to arrive and the instructions were easy to follow and they were installed in no time. I love the way the sun casts shadows through the trees and throws natures design on to the shade. And all this for an affordable price which I did not find anywhere else. Words can't express how perfect they are.
