We love the blinds and the customer service we received. The measuring and sizing directions are very easy to understand and follow, They held the sale price until after we received the free color samples which were actual blind slats not a paper color card. The custom blinds were done and shipped faster than we ever expected. Most of all after we received them we received an email making sure our order arrived and asking if everything was satisfactory. We never had a company gives that kind of service after the sale. We loved everything about doing business with this company.

I will admit, I am skeptical of ratings when I see a company with 96% "5 star" ratings. It makes me wonder how many are generated by the company. I needed 32 faux wood blinds for a project, and needed them sooner than later. I ordered the blinds on a Sunday afternoon, and received an email later that evening questioning an item on the order that wasn't consistent with the rest of the order. Award Blinds wanted to double check that I had ordered correctly. I had not. They corrected my mistake and processed the order. I received an email indicating the blinds were shipped on Wednesday (including tracking numbers), I received the blinds Friday afternoon, and the blinds were installed on Saturday. Less than one week from ordering to installing was pretty amazing. Installation was easy, and any do-it-yourselfer could do it. My wife and I installed 31 blinds in less than half a day. Award Blinds also provided extra screws and parts for the installation. The only negative, was one blind that was cracked. I don't fault Award Blinds for this. The damage would have occured in shipping. To have one damaged blind out of 32 isn't too bad. They are replacing the cracked blind at no charge. I no longer question all the "5 star" ratings for Award Blinds. Their service, communication, quality, and pricing are worthy of every "5 star rating".

I am a repeated customer of awardblinds, I have ordered blinds for a previous house and my current house a few times. We are pleased with their variety of product offerings, value & quality of products, and clear communication with customer service. I forgot to order the valance on two of the blinds in one of my recent order, I emailed customer service requesting to order and pay for the valances separately. They reached out to the manufacturer to inquire on my behalf, in return they ordered the valances and shipped direct to me in a timely manner, all at no charge to me as a courtesy! They have earned my loyalty and I will recommend them to friends and family!

On my enquiry as to potentially expediting delivery, a representative from the company took personal charge of my order phoning to explain they could not promise delivery but would work to advance production on their end. The dedicated attention to my request was so reassuring and a delight even had they not succeeded in actually delivering the shade ahead of time! And the product is just as described. First and foremost, the blinds are great quality, easy to use and easy to install. It has been about 6 months since we installed them in 3 bedrooms and the dining room and they still work and look great! We loved everything about the transaction from the quick ship of samples, the measuring instructions, to the quick ship of final product. Customer service was quick and professional.

I am very pleased with the quality of both the fabrics and the construction. The online information about measuring, mounting, and style choices helped greatly as I successfully installed inside-mount roman shades for the first time on old-house windows. Great email communications as well.
