My shipment was stolen and the Averr Aglow team was amazing on helping me get a replacement worked out before I was leaving town! As far as the product itself goes I used to struggle with cystic acne and since discovering Averr Aglow a few years ago it has cleared up. I experimented with a lot of different products to help with cystic acne and had no success until finding this! Also I love not having to use water when cleansing my face so much easier and less hassle.

Quality of products and customer service

I’m only one month in and although yes, it has brought some blackheads to the surface and caused some small breakouts, this is the softest and healthiest my skin has ever felt. My acne scars and getting smoother and hyperpigmentation is fading. And I’m actually very happy these blackheads are surfacing. They have been laying under the surface for a long time causing my skin to have a textured look I believe. Can’t wait to continue seeing improvement!

Great products! I will be a user for life! Always fast shipping and quick to resolve the very rare issue with exceptional customer service! I love the sales they run that entice me to keep trying more and more of the products. I haven’t disliked one thing I have tried yet. I only wish I had access to these products years ago!

I know it’s expensive, but it’s lovely stuff and has made my skin so smooth and supple. It’s awesome.

I ordered my products on January 1st and was told it shipped. Only the label has been printed and it’s the 10th. I expected some delay due to holidays but 10 days later and it hasn’t even left is a little ridiculous. I dropped a lot of money for these products
