I really like their products bc it is natural and I have really sensitive skin but I am still prone to get acne and I feel like I have tried everything! But, I do still need to use a gentle topical antibiotic still especially during the Summer because I sweat so much and often being in Texas. Maybe also because I still wear masks when the seasonal allergies are killing me when I am outside or when I go to medical clinics. I do wish that they came in a high quality plastic so that their bottles wouldn’t break, though their customer service is awesome.

I had gotten a defective product pump and they replaced the pump and product. Said there was an update on pump but I had just ordered and had gotten pump so I didn’t get the updated one ?

The overnight elixir is fantastic. You literally see a difference overnight. I bought the entire system, hoping to reset my troubled (breakouts) and aging skin (I'm 63). I'm about 3/4 of the way through the system and although there was improvement, recently I'm noticing more congested pores. I'm not sure why it seems to be regressing. I may purchase parts of the system again, but the price of the entire system is too high if it only makes temporary improvements.

Even my dermatologist noticed a difference in my skin! I really like the mask, but have issues with the pump not working properly.

I appreciate the response to my questions. I understand the time it takes to reply back to your customers. It has been helpful. I would appreciate more info on your website about how to incorporate certain products. “How to use” link would be helpful so I don’t need to continue to reach out with questions.

I love the Averr Aglow products themselves, I have purchased for a long time now,buy there are definitely some improvements that need made. 1st, in all of the many bottles of the clear skin elixir I have purchased, NOT ONE of them have ever worked properly for me. I always have to just unscrew the lid/ pump and take the product out. Which makes me wonder why not put it In a jar with lid?? 2nd, the radiant cleansing nectar runs out very quickly, and I don't even use the suggested amount. Soo, when the base liquid runs out and there is oil solution ratio, I always supplement and refill the bottle with Witch Hazel! Overall the products are great, deserve 5 stars, the packaging is just frustrating!

None it didn't work for me when yall refused my money back

I’m only one month in and although yes, it has brought some blackheads to the surface and caused some small breakouts, this is the softest and healthiest my skin has ever felt. My acne scars and getting smoother and hyperpigmentation is fading. And I’m actually very happy these blackheads are surfacing. They have been laying under the surface for a long time causing my skin to have a textured look I believe. Can’t wait to continue seeing improvement!
