shirt came in which was nice quality but the cards that came with them I specifically ordered for did not🥲(forgot to mention when I contacted avancus via instagram they responded IMMEDIATELY and are sending me my pack which I hope to receive +3 star)

Esperienza decisamente negativa. Ho contattato l’azienda via email per spiegare la situazione e chiedere di poter effettuare il reso. Nella mia comunicazione avevo chiaramente specificato di essere disposto a organizzare personalmente la spedizione tramite UPS, sostenendo interamente a mie spese sia la spedizione sia eventuali dazi doganali, proprio per cercare di facilitare la procedura. Nonostante questo, non ho ricevuto nemmeno una risposta. Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna proposta alternativa e nessuna indicazione su come procedere. Trovo particolarmente deludente che un cliente che si rende disponibile a sostenere personalmente tutti i costi necessari per il rientro della merce non riceva neppure il minimo riscontro da parte dell’assistenza. Il problema non è soltanto il mancato reso, ma soprattutto la totale assenza di comunicazione e di attenzione nei confronti del cliente. Mi sarei aspettato un servizio decisamente più professionale. Un’esperienza che non posso che giudicare negativamente e che mi porta a non consigliare l’azienda.
