Hi Tj, thank you for your continued support since launch and for owning multiple versions of our shoes. We truly appreciate your loyalty and the thoughtful feedback. We're sorry to hear about the outsole cracking and separation you experienced. That is not the durability standard we aim to deliver, especially when the shoes are used primarily for gym training. We stand behind our quality promise, and all of our shoes are covered by a 1-year warranty. We would really like to review this further and make it right for you. Please email us at [email protected] With your order details and photos of the issue, our team will assist you as quickly as possible. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident in their purchase and fully satisfied with the performance of our products. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to resolving this for you.
