Hi Bradley, I am sorry if there was some misunderstanding regarding the availability of this property between the time you last spoke to the landlord and when you proceeded with the application. Neither the landlord nor property that was for rent appear to be illegitimate. Since we were able to produce full reports for you as requested and these are reusable, the fees for the TransUnion reports are non-refundable. However, you have access to these reports in your Avail account and can resend them to other landlords of properties you are interested in renting, whether they currently use Avail.co or not. According to our records, the landlord in question successfully completed identity verification and provided proof of possession -- it would seem as though any lapse in communication here was at the discretion of the homeowner. Further, I want to express my sincere condolences for our inability to issue a refund for the services you received; this is because, however, that the reports you generated are completely reusable and can be resent wherever else you please -- hopefully you are able to find some comfort in the fact that your purchase is still of value to you as a renter.
