We aim to be there for our customers through every phase of the rental process, so we sincerely apologize that the support you were looking for wasn't there when you needed it. While we can't make up for that lost time, we can promise to do better! Our team is actively working on implementing some changes to better meet expectations going forward. These include the recent addition of callback and voicemail requests, which customers can expect to have returned by end of day. We're also in the process of expanding our team to provide even faster, more reliable support, and expect to welcome at least five new agents by the end of this month. While these reports can't currently be filtered or sorted in-app, they're designed to be as customizable as possible. The report will be sent as a CSV file to your email and can be opened in Google Sheets or Excel for easier edits and filtering options. If you need assistance with this or have suggestions for additional improvements, our team is happy to help! For extra payments, the best approach is to either create a new charge for the additional amount or adjust the existing charge with a note for clarity. We encourage landlords and tenants to collaborate to ensure everything is properly tracked for both parties' records. We value your feedback and would love the opportunity to learn more about your specific needs. Our team is here and ready to assist whenever you need it!

While we don’t yet have that feature in the app, the report is sent as a .csv file, allowing you the flexibility to adjust it in Excel, Google Sheets, or other similar programs.
