Hey Howard, Thanks for sharing your thoughts—we truly appreciate the feedback! We understand how important it is to include specific terms like key and fob replacement in your lease, and you’re right, it’s a common scenario. While custom clauses are currently available with our upgraded Unlimited Plus Plan, your suggestion to make this a free standard feature on the Unlimited Plan is a thoughtful one, and we’ve shared it with our product team for future consideration. If you have any questions or need help exploring options within your lease, our support team is always happy to assist!

Hi Samuel, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is for your promoted listings to appear quickly on partner sites. Once you make a change in your Avail account, we immediately send the update to the other platforms. Since each site has its own update schedule, it may take a few hours for the changes to be reflected. If you're noticing a delay beyond what seems reasonable, please feel free to reach out to our team at [email protected]. We'll be happy to investigate to ensure everything is processing as expected. We appreciate your patience and value your business.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! We completely understand how frustrating it must have been not to get the support you needed in those moments. In full transparency, there was a time when our team was stretched thin, and knowing we were limited in the support we could offer was frustrating for us, too. Please know that we are actively working on implementing some changes to better meet expectations going forward. Customers can now leave a voicemail or request a callback with the assurance that their call will be returned by the end of the day. We're also in the process of expanding our team to provide even faster, more reliable support, and expect to welcome at least five new agents in the coming weeks. I'm happy to share that these improvements are already making a difference, with our current wait time being 0 minutes! It may also help to know that the first week of the month is always our busiest time, as most rent payments are due on the first, leading to a surge in payment-related requests. Wait times typically return to normal as the week progresses and are usually shortest before 9:30 AM CST and after 3 PM CST. I know this doesn't give you back the time you lost, but I hope you consider giving us another shot so we can make it right!

Hi Pat, Thank you for your feedback. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we hope we can help clarify. Avail does not retroactively modify listings or a landlord’s contact information. If this has happened, it’s definitely something we want to investigate. Please rest assured that our team would never make any changes like this without explicit consent from the landlord. If you’d like to reach out, we’d be happy to take a closer look and make sure everything is set up how you need it. You can reach us any time at avail.co/contact. Our team is here and happy to help!

Thank you so much for your feedback! Waiting as long as your guest did is not what we want our standard to be so we sincerely apologize for the extra wait. We are actively making improvements to better meet expectations, including implementing voicemail and callback requests, which should all be returned by end of day. Wait times have already significantly decreased as a result, with the current wait time being 0 minutes! We're excited to be welcoming several talented new members to our team in the coming weeks who will help us further enhance our service and ensure a more seamless experience for you and all your guests. We sincerely appreciate your patience as we continue to make these adjustments. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach out with any additional questions or concerns. We're here and happy to help!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. We definitely understand the importance of delivering funds to you as soon as possible. Our FastPay technology allows us to expedite qualifying transactions, so they arrive in your account as soon as the next day. Even without FastPay, Avail is still the fastest rent payment processor online. Our standard time frame for delivering funds is just 3 business days. Note: FastPay is still beholden to weekends and bank holidays, and funds cannot be processed or deposited on those days. With that said, we hear you and recognize the need for change and growth at Avail. Our team is committed to continuing the improvement of our platform, and your voice plays a crucial role in that process. If you have any additional feedback for us, we'd love to hear it! In the meantime, our team will be here to help with any questions or concerns you and your tenants have along the way.

Hi Molly, Thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re truly sorry to hear how frustrating your experience has been. After three years with us, you should feel supported and confident in the tools we provide, and it’s clear we’ve missed the mark in some ways. We understand how important it is to get help when you need it, and we’re actively working to improve both our response times and support channels. We’ve recently expanded our callback options and brought on more team members to help reduce wait times. While we don’t offer live chat at this time, we’re currently exploring ways to bring this feature back. We recognize the need for change and growth on the Avail platform, and your voice plays a crucial role in that. Our goal is to make property management easier, not harder, and feedback like this helps us identify where we can do better. We have some significant improvements coming to fruition soon, and we hope you decide to stick around and see what Avail becomes. In the meantime, our team will be here to help with any questions you or your tenants have along the way!
