I have been using the avail platform for a few years now to run my rental properties and it has really been amazing! The website is so easy to use and my renters can contact me about work orders and pay their rent online which is very helpful. they keep it updated and easy to use. Suggestion- can pics and info have some sort of watermark on it so people can't high jack the ad and place it as a scam?
