Great services for the money. Customer service has improved greatly in the last 6 months. There are a few glitchy things here and there, but overall it is a great value and I enjoy the full service, one-stop management software.

This platform has everything i need. I would have gave it 5 stars if I could navigate it a little better. I have to call in but the customer service ig great as well.

I used this site to do an application for my apt. IT went smooth. I got approved and found my landlord uses a different service for their rent collections. it is a good tool to add multiple application in searching for a apt/ home.

Easy to post for free on Avail which includes Realtor.com and get listed on multiple sites. I got qualified applicants. Tips: Limited number of PHOTOS allowed so decide which are most important to show. Rearranging photos should be done on a desktop or laptop since I found it difficult to rearrange on my mobile

You all were very good with helping with the issue I was having trying to get into my account. This had been going on for about 3 months and I couldn’t pay my rent.
