Placed order on May 31. Tracking shows shipped on June 4 but nothing further, today is June 18. All I get from Selena is no worry item is on it's way. HOW???? Is it shipping via sea? We thought this was coming from the US but it is actually Malaysia. No one answers the phone for the, supposedly US office in CA. Never will order from them again !!!

Do not recommend. My first light bar worked for the matter of a week and then stopped completely. I contacted them it took them over a year to get me my replacement which came completely broken. They are refusing to send me a replacement part to fix my replacement that they failed to check if was good before shipping. Avoid at all cost. Go with Nicolight light bars if you are looking for a RGB light bar

Horrible customer service, no one ever answers calls. I've ordered pair of lights 45 days ago, nothing has been delivered plus tracking number doesn't work. Stay away from this company!!!!

I order lights waited a week nothing sent I emailed again they stated they were short staffed in the warehouse was told do to the virus OK I understand that. Next week I received a tracking number 4/18/2020 waiting for pickup rocky mount NC 27804 on /20/2020 shipment received Ontario CA? I live in FL. Next stop Cincinnati 4/25/2020 arrived. 4/26/2020 departed. 4/27/2020 arrived at YBOR city FL at 1252 at 633 package departs YBOR TO Sarasota FL. Now it sent to the distribution center in Sarasota. And has been in Sarasota since 27 April 2020 I check status every day states in transit nothing. What I really don't get is YBOR is in Tampa bradenton is south of Tampa 32 miles but shipment sent to Sarasota which is 12 miles North of bradenton. And today is 1 May 2020. And nothing I called both numbers provided no answer then drops. So I go to there page and it states. This website my be impersonating auxbeam to steal your personal information or financial information you should close this page. My receipt#1290-4079 17 April 2020 Order #000045230

It seems like their lighting products are pretty good, but I can't confirm because I was never able to use the product I purchased. After a substantial duration of communication to get an adapter, I was sent the wrong one. Emailed them to get the correct one. No response. No answer on any phone number. They responded on chat saying they responded to the email but they obviously didn't even read the request and their response was irrelevant. I can't speak to the product, but the customer service makes a soviet waitress look like she's works for Disney. I have no complaints about the product at all (as I can't), but good God, the customer service is appalling. They're just headlights and adapters. Good grief. btw, I understand the current state of affairs with COVID, but there's been ZERO transparency about how they're handling the situation, and this is a problem that could have been solved with a 2 min phone call.

Do not order anything from Auxbeam. They are terrible got headlights that didn’t work then got a decoder almost a month later that didn’t work also the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a pair of wireless earbuds, the don’t work together, they will not sync. They only hold a charge for 45 minutes. I had a request from the vendor to produce a video, to show the problem. They advertise 100% customer satisfaction, they will not even respond to my emails. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED, no customer service, advertise 24/7 customer service, that’s not true%

Non existent customer service, tracking number is also nonexistent. This whole site seems to be a scam. (Update) I finally received an email back from their supposed customer service. My email to them was an inquiry about the tracking number saying it was nonexistent and the DHL website they sent me a link for being German. Their exact words were "just relax, ok?" Then I was informed that my order was being shipped from somewhere in the US, but they wouldnt give me any more information. This is quite possibly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
