Purchased set of H13 headlight bulbs in August. In just under a year one of them is out.

They have really bad costumer service.. the number to call doesn’t even work..👎👎👎👎👎

I bought the LED Headlight for my 16 Jeep Cherokee KL, it's came in didn't fit the bracket of the manufacture one. I ask them to provide return instruction with full refund as product not-fit despite the prescription check on their website said it's OK. Never get any response for 3 days then come back with a question after question but not willing to provide return instruction. After a week of back & forth email and they kept passing around the responsibility, trying to avoid the return request. Terrible Service and Product description can never been trust on this Auxbeam company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE THE MONEY FOR NOTHING. My order number is 000020259

Super beautiful light! I'm serious I was shocked at the quality of the casing and reflectors look gorgeous! I will update you once I get it mounted and see its brightness and coverage pattern :) So far this is only a review on the build quality until I get it working on my wifes Subaru.

Over 3 weeks to ship products. Auxbeam is a Chinese company with a fake US address/phone. All products are poorly made in a Chinese company which explains the 3-4 week shipping. These is no customer service. The only phone number on their website is 909-895-6550. I've called every day for the last two weeks (01/22/19 - 02/05/19) and never once has anyone picked up the phone. No one has returned by messages. This is Auxbeam's real address: NO.93, ShiDaFen Street, YongXing village LongGui Town, BaiYun District GuangZhou 510405,China Don't get burned by this company like I did. Buy from someone else and receive a quality product with a reasonable shipping time frame.

The worst customer relations, I cant even call it service. Half the order arrived in a week, the other half was about a month later. The LED headlight failed after just two hours, it would turn off every few minutes for about 20 seconds. When I contacted auxbeam their first suggestion was to try the lights on another car, as is everyone has two identical cars. I told them I swapped the lights from one side of the car to the other and the problem follwed. I asked for a refund. They refused to give a refund and said they needed a video of the light failing. Not only is that dangerous, but its illegal to drive and use the cameraphone at the same time. Also, how can I drive the car and be in front of it recording at the same time. I again asked for a refund and it was not given. They then asked for a photo of the wires to the light cut in half, which I sent with a third request for a refund. They aksed if I would accept half the purchase price. Auxbeam products suck and their service is worse. STAY AWAY FROM AUXBEAM. Light Review: The LED light gave a ton of light on low beam, high beam was useless. The LED bulbs cant produce a beam of light so they do not throw any distance. Buy HID from a decent company, do not waste time or money on the Auxbeam crap.

Ordered a $230 lightbar and it does not come with a switch in the only switch that works for the light bar is made by their company and they want to charge me another $16 plus shipping that’s stupid so if someone at the company would like to send me a switch I’d be glad to change my review but until something happens this is what it will be

Got these lights on a warranty claim. They are upgraded from my original due to them being discontinued. Messaged Thursday evening on Facebook Messenger. Recieved Monday. Fast shipping and excellent customer service! These are the only lights i will ever put in any of my cars! These went into a 1998 Eddie Bauer Expedition for the fog light bulbs.
