Ordered headlights for my truck and they were delivered to wrong address. Company and PayPal did nothing to resolve issue. If I had realized they were a Chinese company would have never ordered. Now I have no headlights and still on the hook for $120. Would have no stars if it was possible. Would not recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever worked with. Would never use them or tell anyone else to go through them. Lots of false advertising and false hope when you try shipping stuff back. They say 30 day free returns and money back guarantee. Well thats bull****. They DNT stand behind it.

Thes bulbs do not fit into light socket. H11 were sloppy, I think the canbus and wiring wedged against the heat sink are what holds them in. The 9005 will not turn to lock into socket. One 9005 quit working about 5 sconds after I hooked it up. These bulbs are a total waste of time and money. Please don't frustrate yourself like I did. Take you business elsewhere.

Got an 21"ledbar from them but after a short time the led diodes went blue so the light was realy bad and got eaten up cause of the blue purple collor. No help to get from them. Offered to buy spare parts and solder it in my self but they only sell complete lights. Should have shipped me a new one. But thats a no go...

2004 Dodge Durango The lights are great! But only when they work. Ordered off eBay and so I had to wait the minimum 3 weeks for delivery. Finally got them and tested by hooking up to a power supply and they worked great with immediate response from the Lotus bluetooth app. The app even had more options than the other app I tested another set of lights. But when I hooked them up to my vehicle, one side stopped responding. Use the app to turn them off and one side stays on. Turn on the gradual *color choice*,one flashes full speed while the other flashes at the speed it's adjusted to. Go back to solid colors and the one is still flashing while the other is controlled. Normally I'd be looking at connectivity issues or even app design. But the colors are not as clear as they show in pics. Orange is Red and you can see streaks of green and other colors. Green is blue and a flash of red with only a sliver of actual green. Basically, it's like looking at a piechart with the various colors. The other issue I have is you don't know which way is supposed to be up or down. I put them in the way I received them and they didn't look right. Took me awhile to figure out that they are upside down. Well, the connector can't be turned 180° and the wire weight puts too much strain on the headlights if they get turned around. Be prepared to do some custom glue work and hope they are right side up. Otherwise, bad day. If they could meld the colors better or add a diffuser that would blend the colors better than I'm sure these would be an amazing set of lights for those who live a bit more thrifty. The brights and low beams are solid and definitely better than the stock lights I was previously using. I give 3 stars because even tho they are a bit of a trick to get the RGB working, they are cheaper than a brand new set of halogen bulbs. They would be perfect for someone who wants cheap led lights, likes entertaining themselves with the various colors and app options and doesn't mind the annoyance of non-syncing RGB. Not recommended for someone who thinks they should work like the sets for hundreds of dollars, or people with temper issues or even people who are trying to redeem/prove their pride in car tech. 0 Stars. I bought an item over two weeks ago. Haven't heard a word since. I sent an email trying to get tracking information with no reply. I tried calling and nothing. The number they have on their site is NO GOOD and doesn't even work. I paid through PayPal and have to wait 180 days to get my money back. I would definitely not recommend these guys at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst customer service. After some inconsistent things in their online check out (first red flag--expedited shipping offered but unable to choose it), I decided to make the purchase, WITHOUT a phone number in the personal profile and it allowed me to do that. I received a confirmation via email. I wrote to them asking about the expedited shipping option, and asked why I was unable to choose it, then asked how long would shipping take and will I be getting a tracking number. They replied saying there was no expedited shipping since it was coming from "US warehouse" (second red flag) and because I didn't provide a phone number, they weren't going to ship it! WOW! I told them I get plenty of items shipped to me without a phone number, I get confirmations via email without any issue from other vendors, and if this was a problem I would cancel my order. Well, I didn't have to follow through with that threat, their reply was -"Phone number are needed for arranging shipment, since you don't have the phone number, we are unable to send you the goods now. Order canceled, refund sent and takes 5-10days to appear on your statement." I will never do business with this company nor recommend it to anyone. The website has bugs in it, grammar in their emails and website indicate English is not their first language, different items offered on their Amazon page than their website. And by other reviews, I'm not the only one with a poor experience with their customer service. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I have been told for several days that my light bar has shipped, yet when I try to track it with the number provided, NO RECORD. Earlier today I received an email saying the packaged had been delivered to the shipper. However, by the end of the day, still NO tracking information based on the number I was given. It only indicated that a label was created. Cancelled the order this afternoon and filed a report with my credit card company based on possible scam. I would give this review a ZERO, but it does not allow you to do so. Very sad people like this are in business!
