It sucks because the lights suck

I ordered bulbs from Auxbeam, only to find out they weren’t actually in stock. After waiting several weeks with no product, I was eventually refunded — but not the full amount I paid. The lack of stock transparency and the partial refund is disappointing.

Bestilte 2 LED pærer. Etter to dager fikk jeg e-post om at de måtte ha 45 ekstra dollar for frakt. Det er utrolig dårlig. Har man gjort en feil som selger, så tar man tapet. Ikke påfører kjøper som egentlig hadde betalt over 30 dollar allerede for frakt. Elendig.

Got a defective led one size fit the other one was two big didn’t offer to send me another offer to give it as a gift and gave me back 25 when I paid 50 for them won’t ever spend money with them again went with another company with the leds and I spend with them I’m not a YouTuber who got them for free to review I paid

Auxbeam is a pathetic company. They advertise products they don't have. Quick to take your money, then tell you it could be 60 days before they have the products ordered. As the customer I asked for an immediate refund. I was told 10 days. 3 weeks later still no refund. But of course auxbeam said it happened, but my bank says otherwise. Word of advice to any future customers. RUN. There are much more reputable companies to deal with, that have superior products and most importantly have ethics.

Bought a 5D pro series light bar, lost my amazon account & they said they can't warranty their work without a order number, lost my old email & can't get back in. Now the light bar has condensation build up which affect the light output. Spend an Xx amount of money & they can't warranty their light bars.

I normally do my own research and order cheap stuff off Amazon. Being that this and the other items on my order were for my father-in-laws very nice vehicle he travels across country with I chose to spend a little extra, get a good product from a reputable company, and expect that reputable companies expertise to deliver the appropriate product on the first go around… And worst case scenario I would have good customer service if something happened. I used the system’s tool to input the vehicle information and ordered the appropriate high beams, low beams, reverse lights, fog lights, and two decoders based on the system’s recommendation… high beams and low beams would not fit with the decoder is installed, and after installing them without the decoder turns out I didn’t even need them. Fog light bulbs were wrong and turns out they don’t even offer fog lights for that vehicle and yet the tool on the website suggested I purchased a set from them that were wrong. Back up bulbs, are universal and push in rather than screwing in and locking in, but they are very bright and work, assuming they stay in the housing. Customer service went back-and-forth with me three or four times trying to negotiate a return amount of money rather than shipping the items back. I disagreed all three times and they eventually just sent me a partial refund anyway for the fog lights and no refund for the two decoders. Now I’m out 50 bucks and stuck with lights I can’t use. Ordered the right ones off amazon for half the price, got here twice as quick, and imagine that… they work great and even showed up in the same shaped box and EXACTLY same colored box without aux beams logos printed on them. And now what I try and leave a negative review it forwards me to the items webpage on their site when I click submit review!!!

Garbage company, do not expect a refund even if you receive broken LEDs on arrival
