Excellent after-sales service
I had a problem with one of my bulbs, I contacted the customer service staff and after sending a couple of images of my problem, Auxbeam sent me a pair of new bulbs. Excellent service! Regards

Everything went smoothly
I accidentally order the wrong switch initially. Was able to return the wrong one for a refund and ordered the correct one. All in all everything went well. The switch it self is very nice and I like it. Wish it had an option to be connected to a permanently on fuse with the ability to turn the switch off separately from the truck. I often park my truck on construction sites and I would like to leave my yellow strobes on without leaving the truck in accessory. Just a thought for future upgrades.

I had an issue with a bulb and contacted them about it. They responded immediately and offered to send me another set of bulbs out the next day. Dorothy was great to work with!

They purposely stalled the return process by only sending one email a day. Will never purchase from their site again.

No one answer the phone
One of the headlights went out after 3 months of service I keep calling customer service and no one ever answers the phone to see how I can get it replaced under their warranty

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY. I bought a set of lights from them. The keeper that holds the lights in to the housing came apart leaving the peace stuck in my headlight housing resulting in the bulb falling out of the housing while driving. When I emailed them trying to get a refund they kept suggesting sending the parts fix the lights and offered to send replacement lights. But I don’t not trust their product anymore. Who is to say it won’t happen with the new set and be stuck where ever they break. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I would want the product back to figure out why it happened and to resolve the issue from happing with other customers. 3 days of no response to my emails. I guess I’ll take the loss and throw them away. Once again DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY
