Honestly, I was very positively surprised by their service. I'm glad I ordered here instead of going for the cheaper copies. I ordered the RB80 panel, which was shipped from China to the Netherlands within a week without any issues. During installation, the screws didn’t fit the switch panel and got permanently stuck, likely due to a production error. I contacted customer service, and within two weeks, I received a free replacement, along with extra holders so I could install my switch panel without any problems. Throughout these two weeks, they kept me updated on the package's status, and after delivery, they followed up to ensure the panel arrived in good condition.

I had ordered a 8 gang switch panel, 4, 4inch ditch lights, 52 inch light bar as well as their light bar mount and mounts for the ditch lights, the install on my jk was so simple and now my jeep is a good head turn in my city! Definitely will be buying more from auxbeam! Tracking was quick and easy as well!

Had an issue with my box not working I contacted them and asked for a simple video and got a new replacement on the way super quick! Great customer service no issues

They have the best lights! I had one set last me three years. I’ve only ever had one thing not work when receiving it and they immediately shipped out a replacement. I will always use them!

I have used plenty of Auxbeam products before and all have been great no issues. However I did recently have an issue with a product, no worries at all because one of there staff members, Dorothy, was excellent help with getting me a replacement right away and responding very quickly. This company offers great products with even better customer service.
