Purchased 2 sensors for my car. Both were bad. The oxygen sensor cost me $700.00 dollars in parts that didn't need to be replaced. The MAF sensor caused repeated codes for catalyst inefficiency.

Store is ok but the website is HORRIBLE. Avoid at all costs. If you’re not looking for a specific part for your car, you’ll never find anything. Worst I’ve ever seen.

Went to Autozone on Greenridge St. in Scranton for windshield wiper blades. Was waited on by Juan N. who was polite and very helpful. He put the blades on for me and showed me how they come off and on. Also helped me buy a good window shield wash for the winter.

I walked in and was immediately helped. Emily and Willie were very professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to resolve my issue. Excellent customer service. The vibe was good here and I enjoyed working with both of them. Thank you for your help.

I went to AutoZone to purchase a can of red paint enamel well they're enable pain is 14.99 I can.. it's a little on the high side seeing as Walmart has it for 6.79 meijer's has it for $7.79, home Depot 7.79. you can say bright red cap says bright red it's orange is orange can be and ruined everything I had sanded said to buy more sandpaper wasted 20 bucks and 6 hours of my life and now I got to get red paint. So I call that price gouging and poor quality not to mention that you need two cans to paint your mirror cuz it's so thin. I'm getting so sick of getting ripped off in places like this. It's like they try to get rich off of each individual person. There should be a law I should be able to get my money back or or something but I can't do nothing because AutoZone doesn't care enough to make it right. When really if they cared they would take it back and they would call the people who made it and get their money back from them that's how it works. But you got a care enough to go through an effort to make your customers happy and that doesn't seem to be cost efficient So after all said and done I'll have about $40 in on a can of red enable paint ....wish i could show a pic of this bright orange in a bright red can .

I place in online order. It was scheduled to be delivered on a certain day. It never came. I didn't get any notice until almost week later. I will not order anything from your website again. They kept saying delay for about a week. Today they email and say item out of stock. I think they knew for a week.
