Great car transport company! Easy online scheduling, and I was provided a transport within one day of my first available date. The company that transported the car was great as well! Highly recommend!

I used Direct Express Transport 3 times in a row, when I thought who really need to transport their cars. First I used from Austin to Milwaukee and back again. This time Austin to Atlanta. This industry is notorious for bad experiences. But this company stood out with really good customer service. Pretty much everything was upfront on the site. All the drivers on 3 occasions went extra mile to accommodate on both sending and receiving side. Roman, the driver with my 228889 order, was totally awesome. Same with Jessie the rep on my order. 5 stars from me.

I purchased the service to ship my mom's car from Florida to Boston, couldn't be more happy. Super smooth and fast process. They pick up the car in the day that we set up and deliver so fast that I still can't believe it. Trustful and serious company. I really recommend to any one that is seeking for a car shipping.

Direct Express Customer Service person, Jessie, was professional, kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. The online reservation process was fast and easy. The driver was professional, treated my car with care, and even made a last minute delivery change with no problem. I would definitely use them again and recommend their service.

The transaction from start to finish was seamless. From selecting my pick up date to being contacted that a driver had been assigned, I was thorough impressed with the level of professionalism. The driver was dedicated to the security of my vehicle from inception to delivery. Keep up the great work!

I have used direct express auto transport 2 times now and had a great experience each time! They are timely and try to accommodate your preferences as much as possible! The drivers they choose are reliable, trustworthy, and have always delivered my car very faster (one time even faster than I arrived in the city!). I will use them every time I have to deliver my car to another part of the US!
