They did a great job; I chose the cheapest (standard) rate, and got assigned a driver within 2 days. I ended up saving about $700 compared to what the out-of-state car dealer wanted to transport the car, and saved about $400 compared to what most other brokers were charging. I would definitely use them again. Note that almost all brokers work the same way; what really matters is their knowledge of pricing to make sure that the price drivers are offered is high enough to get your car shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Any broker will occasionally have cars that are slow to be picked up (based on price, location, season, etc.).

I had a great experience with Direct Express Auto Transport. I loved getting an instant quote at 1am from the convenience of my couch. I paid my deposit and just like they promised, the next day I was contacted with information about my driver and when to expect a pick up. The driver was friendly and professional and my truck arrived on time.

I had a terrible time with another company...The held my transport fee and had excuse after excuse for a week, as to why I was never picked up... everything from the truck breaking down, to the driver was sick, to the guy simply no showing up. The purest definition of "the run around" EVER!!! THANK GOD I found Direct Expres, after being completely fed up!!! They picked up my vehicle the same day and got it delivered the following day!!! Professional, prompt, and fast!!! I would definitely recommend them, and WILL use them again if ever I need this service. My agent was Jessie on order number 220171. I has to say, this was the easiest experience I have ever had. The cost was more than fair and reasonable ! The driver picked up my son's truck in the middle of nowhere land Kentucky and brought to new Orleans. He was 5 days early, and when he saw that it was a truck for my 17 year old son, he even gave back 20.00 of the final few, and told my son to get a tank of gas on him ! Best company and experience ever !
