Do not use this company. Driver diverted off the highway and hit an underpass. I have been trying to file a claim, but they not honoring their claim that the load is insured. Reply to business comment: Although the business replied that they are working on it, its been a month with no resolution. They were neglectful in ensuring their driver had insurance and are have not resolved the issue. Communication has been extremely slow. I am only asking for the damage to be repaired although this is also costing me rental cost, extra labor, etc.

All carriers we work with are required to carry active cargo insurance, and claims are handled directly through the carrier’s insurance provider.
