Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations and that the timing of the carrier assignment affected your plans. In the auto transport industry, carrier availability is typically coordinated starting on or close to the customer’s first available pickup date so that drivers can be matched with shipments that fit their current routes and schedules. While this process works in most cases, there are times when availability in a specific area or route can take longer than anticipated. We regret that a carrier was not secured within the timeframe you expected. We do appreciate your kind words about our customer support team, and your feedback regarding the dispatch process will be taken into account as we continue working to improve our service and communication. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience, and we wish you the very best moving forward.
