Was overcharged on weight
Was overcharged on weight, weighed my items under 100 lbs but was still charged200 extra

Please note that, and as explained when booking your order, all decisions regarding additional charges for personal items are made solely at the carrier’s discretion. While we coordinate the transport, we do not determine how weight is assessed. If the carrier deems the items to exceed 100 lbs, they may apply an additional fee. Overall, satisfactory.
Upfront service was great. Setting up service, experience at Honolulu port was smooth, car arrived in Las Vegas earlier than expected. However, wasn’t prepared for the $300 cash demand when vehicle was delivered. Also, car was very dirty on the outside and a little dirty on the inside as well. Lots of stickers on the front and back windows apparently from different stages of transport. Overall, satisfactory.

The price was very reasonable but I…
The price was very reasonable but I wish it was made clear that you cannot get a definite pick up date. I flew back and forth from Pittsburgh to Houston because I thought they were coming to pick up the car and they did not. I took days off work for it. I would love to use the service again if they had definite dates for pick up when I move back to Texas but once I leave I have no one that will be in Pittsburgh to wait around for them to come got the car and I don’t want to fly back and forth again.
