After making a reservation with Autorentals, I arrived at the airport only to find out that my reservation was not held. I informed customer service of this and they were prompt and helpful in resolving my issue. Eventually I was refunded the cost of my reservation thanks to the good customer service.

Horrible place. Many hidden costs. They seem to re build damage cars and put them together.

Avoid this company like the corona virus! Booked with them. The rental company would not honor there rate. Horiable customer service This company is the Black Plague!

The website is a bit of a nightmare and never seems to work properly for me always has one error or another but the the customer service people are excellent and could nt do enough to help and sorted everything out for me twice after a canceled flight

I wish I could rate a 0. If it seems too good to be true...it most likely is. Booked a car that was half the hoi g rate on other sites only to arrive to ATL airport and be redirected to some offsite facility that does not answer the phone. They would not rent a car to locals so I ended up having to rebook with another company at the last minute.

The rates they advertise are not the rates you get when you're redirected to the car rental websites. It was a total waste of time.
