Hello Moual, I am so sorry to hear of your experience! I looked at a copy of your confirmation email and I see that you paid $19.42 at time of booking your rental car. That left a balance due at time of pick up of $140.37. Unless you added something like an additional driver or GPS or a child seat or insurance, you should have only had to pay Right Cars $140.37. If you would send a copy of your final invoice to [email protected], I would be happy to look into this further for you. We appreciate your business and want you to know that we stand by our customers from the booking process and throughout the entire rental period and after, if need be. You matter to us!
