I am giving a two because the actual transport was excellent. But the process was a one. I was misled about the cost, such as insurance; final payments had to be in cash, which they sort of explained after the fact, but I still don't like the payment process. Do more research before booking Autopro Logistics. This was our first time transporting a car, and I learned the hard way. The company asked what they could do to be better. My response is to be more honest and transparent with cost and process.

Roma stepped in at the right time. Another company dropped the ball and didn’t pick up the car which needed to be picked up on Saturday to go from Chicago to Columbus. Roma stated he would get the car picked up on Saturday and it was picked up and delivered to Columbus on Monday - Labor Day. The cost was more than what some offered, but less than what others quoted.
