I had an excellent experience with Autopro logistics. Robert Anderson was incredibly helpful, professional and responsive throughout thr process. He kept me updated, answered all my questions and made everything simple and stress free.

Firstly, this industry seems rife with bad actors. I chose Autopro logistics after dozens of texts, calls, and emails over a three week span ironically because of a TrustPilot review and a competitive bid. Signed the agreement (& submitted the deposit) six weeks before the shipment date. A week before that date, emailed for confirmation though did not receive a reply, the day before the agreed upon shipment date, they asked for my contract info. I tried working w them but they said they could only work w me if I agreed to a significantly higher shipment fee (going from 450 to upwards of 2000). They even asked what I was willing to pay if I could not afford their inflated, shaky sounding ‘new estimate’. They agreed to refund my deposit , gave me a number to call - which I have been doing for nearly two weeks now- leaving messages on a seemingly unattended phone line. Terrible experience despite the polite verbiage of the ‘salesperson’. Not a good experience. Sept26 update: company asked for specific details nearly two weeks ago. Provided that info the day of the request, have heard nothing and have yet to receive the deposit back. Their politeness is a sham and I hope this information gives others pause about using them.

At first I thought this would be a smooth transaction, this turned into a nightmare. Had to pay upfront in full which I wasn't happy about but I really needed this transport to happen, than the pick up was delayed by 2 days,(i got charged more for that) than it turns out that the address that they put on for the delivery was wrong, and they tried to steal my items. When I found out everything the truck driver said he was never paid and I had to pay or nothing was getting unloaded, ended up paying twice. When I called before the driver unloaded I was told, fine pay the driver and we will refund you in full, STUPID ME - yes no refund ever happened, both companies blocked me until I received this message to send a review

They are a total scam company. They stole your money and vehicle. They are not American. They only registered the company in the US and scam people. You can even check that the 5-star rating is not from real American people. Actions speak louder than words.
