Bait & Switch. They quoted my son and daughter in law $1750 for an auto transport from Ohio to Anchorage. When the car finally arrived, they wouldn't release it until they paid $7000. A lawsuit is coming. Don't use this company.

Firstly, this industry seems rife with bad actors. I chose Autopro logistics after dozens of texts, calls, and emails over a three week span ironically because of a TrustPilot review and a competitive bid. Signed the agreement (& submitted the deposit) six weeks before the shipment date. A week before that date, emailed for confirmation though did not receive a reply, the day before the agreed upon shipment date, they asked for my contract info. I tried working w them but they said they could only work w me if I agreed to a significantly higher shipment fee (going from 450 to upwards of 2000). They even asked what I was willing to pay if I could not afford their inflated, shaky sounding ‘new estimate’. They agreed to refund my deposit , gave me a number to call - which I have been doing for nearly two weeks now- leaving messages on a seemingly unattended phone line. Terrible experience despite the polite verbiage of the ‘salesperson’. Not a good experience. Sept26 update: company asked for specific details nearly two weeks ago. Provided that info the day of the request, have heard nothing and have yet to receive the deposit back. Their politeness is a sham and I hope this information gives others pause about using them.

At first I thought this would be a smooth transaction, this turned into a nightmare. Had to pay upfront in full which I wasn't happy about but I really needed this transport to happen, than the pick up was delayed by 2 days,(i got charged more for that) than it turns out that the address that they put on for the delivery was wrong, and they tried to steal my items. When I found out everything the truck driver said he was never paid and I had to pay or nothing was getting unloaded, ended up paying twice. When I called before the driver unloaded I was told, fine pay the driver and we will refund you in full, STUPID ME - yes no refund ever happened, both companies blocked me until I received this message to send a review

They are a total scam company. They stole your money and vehicle. They are not American. They only registered the company in the US and scam people. You can even check that the 5-star rating is not from real American people. Actions speak louder than words.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that you were frustrated with the process, but we’d like to clarify a few points. We are a licensed auto transport broker, and our role is to arrange transportation between customers and independent carriers. Carrier availability and pricing can change based on the route, vehicle, timing, and current market conditions. We never intend to mislead a customer, and we certainly do not “ghost” customers or block them from receiving assistance. If your order was not successfully assigned to a carrier, we would be happy to review the order and communication history to understand exactly what happened and address any refund or service concerns appropriately. We take customer concerns seriously and encourage you to contact us directly with your order details so we can look into this specific situation rather than leaving it unresolved.

This company tell you one price in the next day the tell a difrent price tray to charge me 4 time more from my original quote!
Response from Autopro Logistics IncAug 28, 2026
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We understand how frustrating it can be when transportation pricing changes unexpectedly. As an auto transport broker, our initial quote is based on the current market conditions, route, vehicle details, and available carrier rates. Carrier pricing can change, particularly when a carrier is not available at the original rate. However, we never intend to mislead customers or force anyone to accept a higher price. We would be happy to review your order and the original quote to understand exactly what happened and address your concerns directly. Please contact us with your order information so our team can investigate the situation.

It is a total scam. It gives me a low price and later when the delivery date is approaching, the dispatch team says the price surged significantly. Do not trust them at all.
Response from Autopro Logistics IncAug 28, 2026
We’re sorry you had this experience and understand your frustration. As a licensed auto transport broker, our quotes are based on current carrier availability and market conditions. Unfortunately, carrier rates can fluctuate, especially as the pickup date approaches, but customers are never obligated to accept a revised rate. We do not intentionally mislead customers or operate a “scam.” We take concerns about pricing seriously and would be happy to review your order, the original quote, and the communication with our dispatch team to understand what happened. Please contact us with your order details so we can investigate this properly and work toward a fair resolution.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and understand how frustrating a difficult shipping experience can be. However, we strongly disagree with the characterization of our business as a “scam.” We are a licensed auto transport brokerage, and our role is to coordinate transportation between customers and independent carriers. Pricing and carrier availability can change based on market conditions, route, vehicle details, and pickup timing. We always aim to communicate these changes as clearly as possible. We take allegations of misconduct seriously and welcome any legitimate complaint or regulatory review. We would also appreciate the opportunity to review your specific order and communication history so we can understand what happened and address any unresolved concerns. Please contact us directly with your order details, and our team will be happy to investigate.
