Online quote
Received an online quote for selling my car. When I went to my appointment they did not honor their quote claiming their AI overestimated. Offer was reduced by $2K, classic bait & switch. Got a better offer elsewhere

Another mistake - it’s Auto Nation
Sales part went good until my sales guy who promised me floor mats left, then left paper mats in my car. I kid you not. Then after trying to figure out when my parts are going to be in because I bought a used Toyota Camry that’s a year old that was missing trim and second key. Nobody knows what’s going on, my sales Guy disappeared. Nobody can do anything without the sales guy.
Now 45 days later, they can’t help me with another temporary registration on my car and are saying it’s Douglas County’s fault. Douglas County says they should be giving me a new temporary tag until I receive my title information. I will never use Auto Nation again!!! I went to Toyota because I had so many problems with Auto nation Subaru. It looks to be an Auto Nation problem not a Subaru or Toyota problem. I will never use these people again. One thing after another, buyer beware, go somewhere where they’re going to treat you like a person and not just a number.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We felt rushed throughout the buying process and trusted the dealership to explain everything clearly. We discussed our payment goals with sales, but after signing, we realized an extended warranty increased the terms beyond what we had agreed to.
When we contacted the dealership the very next day to cancel the warranty, the conversation suddenly shifted to concerns about a potential straw purchase. This was never mentioned by the salesperson or finance director before or during the transaction, even though they were aware from the beginning that a family member was financing the vehicle. If there were concerns about how the purchase was being structured (i.e. legal or fraud concerns), those should have been addressed before drafting the contract, having us sign the paperwork, and completing the sale—NOT after taking it home.
The team also knew the buyer was not even listed on the insurance policy at the time of purchase, yet they still prepared the contract, completed the transaction, and handed over the keys. Raising these issues only after we asked to cancel an optional warranty felt inconsistent and unprofessional.
To add to our frustration, the vehicle was not detailed before delivery. Not being properly detailed falls below many customers' expectations. This leaves us feeling like the focus was on closing the sale rather than providing a quality customer experience. We expected transparency, professionalism, and guidance. After considering financing under my information, we were informed by the manager that they would not sell it unless we remove our review. So "We will sell you the car if you remove your truthful review".

90 day warranty joke
Horrible company. They sell a 90 day warranty 4000 miles with jeep for peace of mind. Joke. Major electrical parts not covered and no rental coverage. The entire network is a scam.

CAUTION!!!! AutoNation Honda Lithia Springs, GA
CAUTION!!!!! They scammed my young son and me! If I could’ve given zero stars, I would have! Buying a car from AutoNation Honda in Lithia Springs, GA was the worst experience! This was the first time that I’ve ever bought a used car and being a woman, they knew I was a little naïve and didn’t know much about cars. We bought a used car from them that needed some minor repairs. We paid cash for the car that day and made a second trip, from Alabama, to pick up the vehicle to allow them time to fix the car. They couldn’t even reassemble the front bumper correctly and refused to fix it prior to us driving back home to Alabama. They knew the car was already bought and paid for, so they didn’t care. I argued that we needed to be refunded for having to take the car to repair shop to have the front bumper properly placed. The bumper wasn’t flush and it was prior to their service department repairs. They agreed to send me a check for the cost of the repair. I never received the check.
We also paid $599 for the windows to be tinted. Upon arrival, I questioned why the windows weren’t tinted and they reassured me that it was a very light tint that was hardly noticeable. After we got back home, I had a professional look at the car tint and they confirmed that the windows were not tinted.
We also paid extra to have the car tag sent directly to us via mail. They bragged about the hassle free service that they offer of not having to go to the DMV. A few days before his temporary tag was to expire, we got a letter from the DMV stating that we needed to bring the car to the DMV to have it officially registered.
After waiting forever at the DMV, I was told that I couldn’t receive the car tag because the dealership placed my home address in the city instead of the county. The dealership was told numerous times that we resided in the county and NOT the city. Due to the price difference, they had to mail the check back to the dealership for a correct amount to be issued and mailed again. Therefore, I have to make another trip to the DMV and suffer through their long wait time.
I would avoid doing business with them AT ALL COST! I am contacting their corporate office to make an official complaint!

Sell lemons and break contracts
I purchased a used car from Autonation Toyota in Las Vegas. Our contract stated a five-day return period, no questions asked. The low coolant level alarm came on day one and then it sat in their shop. I had a bad feeling and texted my salesperson, James London, saying that I wanted to return it. He ignored my texts and then when I went into the dealership, they wouldn’t let me return it. I’m still trying to get my money back. Meanwhile, the battery malfunctioned and made the car smell like a rotten egg, the speakers stopped working, and the convertible top broke.

Do not use auto union / auto nation in prishtina airport
Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay well away.
We arrived on 7th June, and our booking clearly stated that a representative would be waiting for us at arrivals. After landing late at night with three small children, we waited at the airport until 1:30am — approximately 1.5 hours — with nobody appearing. There was no representative holding our name, no sign, no communication, and no attempt to contact us. Eventually, exhausted and with tired children, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the company’s office ourselves.
Upon arrival, the employee claimed that their representative had been waiting in the car park for 1.5 hours. When I asked how we were supposed to identify him without our name displayed anywhere, he became defensive and even had the audacity to say, “You’re lucky I’m still here waiting for you.” Rather than accepting any responsibility, he insisted that displaying a customer’s name at arrivals is “not common practice” for their company. This is basic customer service that rental companies all over the world manage without issue.
The complete lack of professionalism, accountability and empathy was astonishing, especially considering we were travelling with three young children.
The return process on 14th June was somehow even worse. According to the booking instructions, the vehicle was to be returned to the office. However, when we arrived, the office was closed with nobody present. Once again, the nearby Best Western hotel staff had to assist us, just as they had done during our arrival. They contacted the owner, who instructed me to simply leave the car in the airport car park with the keys inside.
This was completely contrary to the booking instructions and an utterly irresponsible request. I was effectively being asked to abandon a rental vehicle in a public car park and trust that nothing would happen to it. If the vehicle had been damaged, stolen or involved in any issue, I could potentially have been held responsible.
To make matters worse, while we were being helped to the airport by a member of the Best Western staff, the owner contacted the hotel representative to ask whether I had cleaned the car. The sheer audacity of demanding that customers meet every condition of the rental agreement while the company itself fails to honour even the most basic obligations is unbelievable.
This was easily one of the worst car rental experiences I have ever had. The company showed no professionalism, no organisation, no accountability and absolutely no respect for its customers. The only people who provided any assistance throughout this ordeal were the staff at the nearby Best Western hotel, who deserve far more credit than the rental company itself.
If you are travelling to Pristina, book well in advance with a reputable company operating directly from the airport. Avoid this company entirely unless you are prepared for confusion, poor communication, closed offices and a complete disregard for customer service.
