The worse ever car purchasing experience at Land Rover of Encino. From sales agent Bobby (Bahram) the manager Amir (Rudest human and should NOT be in that position)and the finance department. This place ruins the Land Rover brand I will add more detail soon....

This company is a scam ... Sold us a vehicle protection plan and then asking us to $149 to access the plan. Real dishonest pieces of scums.

AutoNation Claims Division just advised a service rep at the Broadway Denver location to allow my wife, who happens to be 6 months pregnant, to drive off the lot with wheel damage. The service rep (who has the 2018 Jeep Renegade currently) stated that the wheel was bent and the tire wall cut, but the tire still held air. I asked the service rep if the car was safe to drive. He would not say whether it was safe or not, but did say that he would not drive the car at highway speeds and that the wheel certainly needed replacement. The claims manager, who was on the call, determined that the damage was not covered under their wheel and tire insurance policy that my wife and I had bought at the time of the purchase. Instead, I am mean to cover the $1,095 of replacement costs between the tire and the wheel--which will damage my car if I drive around Denver like a normal person, using the highways. Thanks AutoNation. You have made two very loyal customers. /s

Worst dealership ever. Bought a corolla 2 weeks ago that was coming off of a lease for cash. I still dont have a tile and cannot even get plates for it. They claim 'it will be tomorrow". They claim it is toyota Se financing's problem. What they did is sell me a car that has sat. i checked with the DMV /tax collector and apparently the paperwork has not even reached the state of Florida. Do not buy a car from them ever. They give you the run-around and when you want to speak to someone higher-up, they say you cannot.

Worst experience in my 40 years of purchasing automobiles. I expect a bending of the truth from the sales department, but not the service department. They treated me as if I was stupid, NEVER returned phone calls, or emails.
