Sales is TBD/no second key/paperwork is…
If I had known, I would only be given one key it would have been a non-starter. Sales did not tell me I was only getting one key until the deal was done. Oh! You will get it in the mail in two months. Actually, you have to call Toyota and ask where your key is and then get in line and go to the dealer parts dept to get it. Sales was ok but the paperwork is still being resolved (unknow Title and Registration issues). I suggest you do not do the electronic signature and spend a full hour reviewing all the paperwork line by line and ask questions. If you don't like the answer, ask for clarification in writing. All items you decline write decline in large letters on the document and sign it. Never got a zero balance statement as I paid cash. Everyone was courteous but do not rush through closing like we did. Pain is good. Easy way is not always the best way to do business. I have bought at least 5 Vehicles from them and traded 3-4 Toyotas in on purchases. If you are price shopping, get a quote from them first! Standard procedures are 3 quotes!
