scammers. I ordered some parts. Three weeks for the shipment, never happened. I asked for a refund and three weeks passed. They keep on sending the same kind of automated message and difficult to reach them via phone and email as well. It was very bad experience and don’t you dare to place order.

I tried AutoNation Parts, it's as worthless and deceptive as AutoNation car sales. Absolutely no customer service, take your money and then not send the part. Cheat you on your trade in and then do a full credit report which dings your credit score on just a look at cars on the lot. Why, How, is this disreputable business still going?

Beware of Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert!!! Please be advised that my review reflects a cautionary tale regarding my purchase experience at Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert, specifically with a used Ford F450. I reluctantly offer a one-star rating solely due to the absence of a zero-star option. In summary, upon locating the desired vehicle at Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert, I dispatched an assistant to evaluate the truck. He reported several evident issues, which the sales representative assured would be resolved pre-sale. After a week or so, we were informed that the truck was prepared and "ready." Nevertheless, we discovered a persisting oil leak from the turbo booth, for which they promised a replacement part— a promise unfulfilled to date. The dealer provided a checklist that came with vehicle, implying a comprehensive mechanical inspection, which seemed reassuring. During the purchase, I was persuaded by the finance manager to add an expensive million-mile warranty, portrayed as beneficial due to high repair costs for such trucks. I went ahead and purchased the warranty based on his recommendation. Unfortunately, merely a week later, noticeable steering and suspension problems arose. When I took the truck to AutoNation Ford in Scottsdale, it was evident that it required repairs for pre-existing conditions, which were not covered by the warranty. After a formal request to Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert to cover the repair costs, due to the impossibility of detecting these faults at the time of purchase, I received no response. The same disregard was shown to inquiries from AutoNation Ford Scottsdale, who provided exemplary service, amazing people working there!!! The out-of-pocket expense for repairs amounted to approximately $3,000. I am currently assessing ways to recoup these costs from Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert. This experience has left me feeling deceived. I am resolute in not patronizing Autonation Chevrolet Gilbert for future purchases and am committed to sharing this experience with potential customers. It is a regrettable situation that warrants attention.

Never Buy from Auto Nation Volkswagen of Georgia Placed retainer on a 2003 Corvette on 20 Jan 24, internet transaction with Grace Baker and Peter. Did not receive, was told papers would be overnighted to me to sign and return with certified check. After several calls and emails, finally received papers 2 weeks later. Was told they have the best shippers for transporting the car to Florida. When the car arrived, I pointed out damages to driver's side. Driver said "no English" best driver's and cannot speak English? I immediately called Peter and sent photos received lip service that AutoNation would make it right. Called Peter several more times and received the same lip service, no call backs or returned text. Called and requested to speak with the used car manager and each time sent to a number with no answer, left my name, phone number, and issue with no call backs. Have also requested copies of the sale paperwork signed by AutoNation and have yet to receive them. Should also mention the car was received with 1/8th tank of gas. In all my years of buying cars I have NEVER received a car without a full tank of gas Steer clear of this business! Contacted AutoNation customer service on March 2, 2024 for assistance. Received correspondence back from Elizabeth B that customer satisfaction was their top priority and the complaint had been formally documented. Guess that is all customer service does is document it since I have sent two follow up emails with no response.

Made an appointment, no one showed they kept rescheduling me 5 different times, finally said I wanted to cancel, was told I wouldn't be charged and got charged anyway, now refusing to refund. Do not use this company

Stay as far away from this dealership as possible. The service BEFORE the sale was excellent, the service AFTER the sale has been horrendous. We have, in writing, from them that they were gong to cut us a spare key fob (car only had one). Well, that was three weeks ago and they've been giving us the runaround since then (thank God we have it in writing). The writing said they have 30 days to provide us with the fob, and I bet they're TRYING to wait for that 30 days to expire. Well, we have all of the communication proof that we've been asking for this for weeks. We have spoken to Chris, Mike, two JJ's (a young lady that sold us the car and a male by the same name), and Tracy trying desperately to get this key cut and all of them seemed to be trained to give us the run around. They told my nephew to go to their Chrysler dealership today (Monday the 19th) to get the key. Well, he drove 42 miles round trip, only to be told they knew nothing about him coming in for a key fob. This is TOTALLY unacceptable and unprofessional. My niece got them to give her the number to the key folks directly and they told her she could’ve called them initially! NO ONE, I mean NO ONE at the dealership ever told us we can call and make an appointment directly with the key guys, so that was great to know THREE WEEKS LATER. No one at this dealership has a clue how to conduct business after the sale and we will never, ever look in their direction for our next car. We paid cash for the car AND bought an extended warranty to only be treated like we didn't but a thing and spent four hours there. We were bamboozled initially but after the fact, they don't give a crap about their customers AFTER they've made the sale. We're willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES to get what they promised us IN WRITING no matter how long it takes. Businesses can't get away with this unscrupulous behavior and we'll get what we were promised. Please ignore any positive reviews we gave because now we know what they’re about. I'd rather buy from a buy here pay here type place than deal with these clueless folks. Please check other platforms for the same review.
