I placed my order June 13, 2023 and today July 6, 2023 I got an email that my order is being prepared, almost ready to ship. I sent them a nastygram last week threatening to cancel. I would not do business with them again!!!

I placed an order in June the 8 for a touch up paint kit for Rav4, today is June 22 still not received anything. I jus placed a phone call to the site but it keeps hanging up on me, As you can see it seems to be the same for a lot of customers to take your money. Ill be disputing this charge, hope some how they would close this site and will be ordering from another site.

Touch up paint does not exactly match. It’s ok. Testing on the paper card as they suggest yields a completely different color than when sprayed on the car. The silver metallic paint I had looked pitch black on the tester card provided but a much closer match sprayed on the car.

I ordered my paint over a month ago. They were glad to take my money and never sent me what I bought. I requested and answer to this issue never got a resonance. No one will answer the phone and voice mail is full

SCAM WEBSITE. You won't get your order in the mail. Their phone number voicemail is full and you can't contact a live person. It's a SCAM business.

I ordered from their website on 5/13/2023, never received the product. I submitted to requests on their website, but they never contacted me back. I tried calling them today and received a automated message saying I called on none business hours. It redirected me to a voice message and then said the mailbox was full.

I have had the same experience as a lot of other users here. Ordered on 4/23, I got an automated confirmation email, and nothing beyond that. I have sent an email to their customer support and cannot recommend this. 23 days and counting with 0 communication regarding my order.
