Wish I saw this prior to ordering. I’m on my 3rd week of no paint, not even made yet. Email and all I get it’s an auto reply that they’re busy. Trying to get a refund now, I’m not holding my breath it’ll go well

Indefinite delays- basically purchase the product from them and they write back indicating they have no idea when your product will ship.

I paid for expedited shipping and the confirmation said 4-10 business days. Waited 10 business days and there was no progress so I had them cancel the transaction. I went down the street to my local auto paint supplier and they mixed me up 3 spray cans of color for less than what Automotive Touchup charged. Lesson learned.

I was looking for these reviews before buying anything out of New Orleans, especially this company. now I find them after the order was placed and of course I'm in the same boat. I wouldn't be surprised Automotive Touchup was just a couple of cajun boys gone out of business except to take the money in. You have to have lived there a few years as I did to know why I feel that way

Wish I had checked here first. Same experience as others. I chose this shop because the paint was decently cheaper than other vendors. Email says expect order to ship in 4-10 business days. That time passed and I tried to call the number provided which hung up on me after ringing a while. Currently disputing charge with my credit card & placing a new order somewhere else.

Well it’s been about 10 business days since I ordered the paint. Just received my 2nd email blaming the waiting time on paint shortages. Good thing I payed for 2 day shipping. Hopefully they do a good job matching the OEM paint color code. It’s Friday so it appears that I will not have the paint until hopefully the end of next week. Update. It’s now been 15 days and nothing. This is terrible. Is this place in China or maybe the Ukraine. Can I get a refun? I doubt the quality is even any good at this point. Changed to one star.
