Shipping is a problem with UPS where they drop off the paint at the post office for home delivery. Those of us who don’t have a mailbox get the package returned at our expense and then have to pay again for a different shipping method.

Ordered paint a couple of years ago for my wife's Toyota van. It was excellent match and went on perfectly. Decided to use them again on same van but a slightly larger repair. It takes awhile to receive the paint. Once I received it, I noticed the base coat was not only lighter but didn't cover that well. I decided that I needed more base coat and ordered again. This time the base coat covered much better. Clear coat also covered very well but needed two cans to properly do the job. No sure I'd order again since base coat was not as good a match as prior.

Love the paint accuracy but it takes ... F O R E V E R to receive the paint. All previous orders took 2.5 to 3 weeks to receive. A project killer. I have found another source, but your paint, I will say is superior in spray quality and color accuracy. Just need to speed up the fulfillment times considerably.

I bought a silver paint for a Smart (Mercedes Benz). The nozzle sputter, too bad I can upload photos. The paint match, after I gave 4 coats, in other words, it is tottaly deluted. Not good for touch up, neither for normal paint. Two small pieces, about 3.5 sq ft and I used more than a half the can. Still, I have to sand to remove the sputters. I called but, oh surprise! Nobody answer the call. Let's wait to the call back and keep you posted.

I would review the paint if I had received it yet. No communication for a full 30 days after ordering, then a notification it is out for delivery today.

Color match for an 18 year old vehicle is spot-on. I've been using ATU for over 15 years. This time I've experience several troublesome issues. First, my spray can sputtered, then blotchy paint came out. This happened at least 5 times during my use. Secondly, the spray nozzle had so much resistance that it became very difficult to complete the job professionally. It almost seemed that the nozzle was bottomed-out at the valve.

Touch up paint does not exactly match. It’s ok. Testing on the paper card as they suggest yields a completely different color than when sprayed on the car. The silver metallic paint I had looked pitch black on the tester card provided but a much closer match sprayed on the car.
