Do not use this company. Takes way to long. I paid for three day delivery which took 10 days. You get allot of emails stating they are running behind. There are better company’s out there who will do a better job. Also the paint doesn't match. What a waste of 75.00 dollars. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

After being quoted $2,300 by MAACO to repair and paint one deep scratch and slight indentation on rear N/S and fairly significant minor (not down to bare metal) branch scratches on rear o/s, I decided to try a DIY fix first. With a $9.00 tube of filler from Amazon and a 12oz(?) aerosol can from Automotive Touchup the damage is now invisible. The paint was VW silver mist metalic so my hopes were not high for a perfect match. The match was perfect and I have saved $2,250.

The shipping takes way too long. The color does not match to factory color. The metal flakes they used do not match the original factory flakes. I think I will find some other supplier next time.

DO NOT order touchup paint from this company! The product is very poor quality, colors do not match factory colors, and customer service is abysmal! When I took the 2oz. bottle out of the package I noted that all of the clear solvents were at the top of the bottle with the pigments at the bottom. I shook the bottle for 5 minutes to ensure paint was thoroughly mixed and to get the best color match. I repaired a few chips on the hood and it was clear the color was noticeably darker than the factory paint. I called customer service and was told I had to put in a 'ticket' online on their website to describe my issue. I did this but was unable to attach the photos they requested to the 'ticket". I received an automated e-mail acknowledgement of the 'ticket'. A week later I had no response to my 'ticket' so I called customer service again. One of their reps sent me an e-mail which I responded to with the pictures requested. The next day I received the following response: "Hi yes a got the pictures and I checked the other formulas And made samples and the paint still dark, so the only thing that I can do is give you the Refund for the paint of $18.95" I'm not holding my breath for the refund. Just stay away from this company! Update 11/10/23 - I contacted the company wondering where my $18.95 refund was. I was told that they do not guarantee their paint past 6 months and I would NOT be receiving a refund. Of course there is nothing on their website about any time limit on their color match guarantee. I filed a consumer complaint with the Louisiana attorney General's office. Just DO NOT do business with this scam company!

I started using this paint supplier years ago. They were excellent back then. Now it takes more than 2 weeks for them to process an order. It was never that way before. They're too big now. They make too much money they don't care if you're $40 can of paint is not correct! I will never ever ever purchase from them again

I followed directions exactly, and yet my car looks 10x worse than before I began, due to the low quality of paint. The paint is sold in 2 oz. bottles with tiny brushes the size of nail polish brushes. It should not be sold with brushes of any kind, because the paint begins drying so fast that before you've finished one brush stroke, the paint is already getting tacky - so it smears and dries goopy. Due to the metallic finish on my car, I was sent two separate coats of main color. I shook basecoat hard for over a minute, but it separated before I could even get the brush out of the bottle. I kept shaking it, maybe about 5 minutes total, but as soon as I stopped shaking, it started separating every time. I applied carefully, but it smeared and dried too fast to correct. The top coat was extremely runny, and did nothing to blend or cover the base coat, even though I waited 3x longer than recommended between coats. BUYER BEWARE!

Add me to the “wish I saw this first” club…. Same story. Took money, no product.
