Customer Care team is outstanding!!

I placed an order on September 28th my credit card was charged. I never received my order a confirmation email or any further information.

I ordered the autograph framed and was disappointed that the frame was delivered cracked. Upon contact with Autographia, they stood behind their quality and offered a refund or other considerations to make me feel whole and respected. Thank you to Autographia for doing the right thing!!

I received the item ahead of time, very well packaged, and exactly as agreed. Customer support was very helpful and addressed my questions in a timely manner. The progress widget on the website was not updating, so I assumed there was no traction on my order. As a novice to the world of autographed memorabilia, it is great to be assured of the authenticity of the item. Better clarity on the difference between an Autographia-certified item vs other certifying entities would be good. Also, I saw the same item I purchased on the site a few days later at a lower price than what I had purchased it for. I understand the variability of pricing of these items, but it was a lot lower and the exact same item (from my perspective). However, I cannot complain about shipping, the item condition, or customer experience.
