The website searching, ordering, and delivery process was great. It would have been better for the description to more clearly explain that the helmet was a reproduction and what that means as far as differences with an "official" collegiate football helmet. The autograph and accreditation documentation was great though.

I ordered a signed guitar for my son who is a huge fan of trailer Park boys on 1/17/25. Order #1460148. I realized very quickly that Randy is not his favorite character. I reached out for help to stop the order since I had just placed it an hour ago. I called the number listed. It was on a Friday and I got a gentleman who told me that since it was the end of the day and start of the weekend it would have to go over to customer support. Tells me I should email them. So I emailed immediately upon hanging up from that call. 1/17/25 -I still have zero response from them. They shipped anyway a couple days later. I received that confirmation at the same email. So they completely disregarded any concern that I had as a consumer. Long story short teenage kid still liked the guitar.

The picture is great but the ad says framed. The frame that the picture came in is cheap, plastic and scratched. I will have to pay to frame it properly.
