Hello JD Collectables Team, I wanted to reach out regarding my recent S.H.Figuarts order (Order #5317). First, I'd like to say that I've always enjoyed purchasing from your store and my previous experiences have been very positive. That said, I was a bit disappointed with this particular transaction. Before placing my order, I did some research and noticed that the product images and packaging appeared to match the exclusive edition style box, similar to previous releases I own/purchased from you. However the figure I received came in the newer style packaging, comparable to the SSJ2 release rather than the SSDC version I was expecting. I understand that packaging variations can occur however, the box style was one of the factors that influenced my purchase, so receiving a different version than anticipated was disappointing. I wanted to bring this to your attention and see if you could provide any clarification regarding the version that was shipped. As a collector, these details are important to me, especially when trying to maintain consistency within a collection. Thank you for your time and for the service you've provided over the years. We looked into this and you are absolutely right, we actually opened another shipper of the same figure and confirmed the packaging is definitely different from what was listed.
